Description
A sweat lodge ceremony is held in a dome shaped structure made from willow and alder branches and blankets and it represents going into the womb of Mother Earth. Heat is generated from sacred volcanic stones and the pouring of water to make steam in four directional healing rounds used for spiritual cleansing, healing and connecting with the elements, animals, ancestors and spiritual guardians through prayers, songs, drumming and shared experience.

WHAT TO Bring: 2 towels, sarong/ shorts/ or bathing suit, water bottle (not metal) drums, rattles and an open heart
