About Catherine:
Her 30+ year Transformational Energy Therapy practice is her passionate work.Catherine is a certified Polarity Therapist, having studied with Maurti Siedman over fifteen years.She has been practicing Polarity Therapy for more than 30 years. Her intentional practice has brought her to Alaskan communities, Yukon Territory, Canada, and across the United States.She has also taught Polarity Therapy and Massage at the University of Alaska’s Northwest Campus in Nome as well as lecturing for the State of Alaska Education System, the Center for Wellness Massage School in Albany, New York and the Healing center, Sumaya in Guatemala. She have performed more than eight thousand treatments in these communities.Drawing on her arena’s of studies: Anatomy, Polarity Methods, Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Herbal Remedies and Essential Oils, herwork will access the energy grid that has been stagnated due to trauma. Gently her hands hold points on the body. There can be rocking, stretching, breath work and toning incorporated.
