Fall Equinox Ceremonial Cacao Breathwork Ceremony
Come join Robin Lyons & White Eagle Medicine Woman to experience this ceremonial cacao breathwork practice, an ancient South American indigenous tradition to open and soften the heart, connect to all your relations and to your own inner light. Equinox is an opportunity to honor all of life, both darkness and light, balancing the yin and yang to find our natural inner harmony. Ceremonial grade cacoa medicine brings vitality and clarity. Participants will engage in intentional ceremony, guided breathwork, music, and integration. This transformative ceremony will honor the South American traditions, songs, and plants that have been passed down to support each of us to find our inner healer and step into our path with courage. You will leave this event feeling rejuvenated and empowered.
Please bring a water bottle, journal, yoga mat, blanket or anything else you may need to feel comfortable.
NOTE: Participants must fast 3 hrs before this ceremony.

Robin Lyons, a citizen of the Metis Nation of Alberta, has returned from Peru following seven years of immersive study in healing arts with indigenous traditions in the Andes and Amazon. A former world-class athlete and performance coach with over 25 years of experience, Robin specializes in helping individuals overcome limiting beliefs and optimize performance.
Today, her practice integrates science, movement, and spiritual disciplines—including medical Qi Gong, functional medicine, and shamanic work—to help clients build physical strength while cultivating a deeper connection to their life’s purpose.
