APRIL 19, 2026: HEART LIKE A MOUNTAIN: THE COURAGE TO RISE: WORKSHOP HAWAII

In this experiential workshop inspired by Heart Like A Mountain, participants will explore how the climb of the outer mountain mirrors the journey within. Through storytelling, reflection, guided breath and movement practices, and group sharing, we will explore the courage required to move through the fear, adversity, and uncertainty of these times while discovering the deeper resilience of the human spirit. Drawing from White Eagle’s journey as the youngest woman to summit Denali at nineteen, this workshop invites participants to recognize the “mountains” in their own lives and uncover the inner strength, clarity, and trust needed to rise with them. Together we will explore how every challenge can become a path of awakening—revealing that what appears to be an ending is often the threshold of a new emergence. Participants will leave with renewed courage, deeper self-trust, and practical inner tools for meeting life’s climbs with a heart like a mountain: steady, resilient, and open to the vast horizon of possibility.
