Chakra Breathing is one of the easiest and most potent ways to restore vitality, health and clarity to your life. Chakras are subtle energy centers that feeds our major organs and glands with energy, light and sound much as sunlight is key in the process of photosynthesis for plants and organisms to synthesize foods.

Chakra BreathingWe have seven major chakras in the body, each with a specific purpose and role. The sounds of these chakras relate in music to the seven notes of the scale and in color to the seven colors of the rainbow. We can add Sound and Color to our Chakra Breathing meditations to reboot our system even more.

As we breath life in each chakra, each area of our body, we become more aware of its relationship to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
